Car Washer (Service Department)

Join our dynamic team as a Car Washer! In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing new and used automobiles, adhering to dealership and manufacturer specifications and time allowances. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for cars, and are committed to delivering top-notch service, we want you on board.

As a Car Washer with Sears Imported Autos Service Department, your primary responsibilities will revolve around cleaning both the interior and exterior of vehicles.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Washes vehicle exteriors, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down door jambs.
  • Vacuums interiors to remove loose dirt and debris.
  • Applies special-purpose cleaners to remove foreign materials, following product manufacturer's recommendations.
  • Ensures proper use of eye, hand, and body protection when handling specific products.
  • Maintains a neat and clean work area.
  • Operates tools and equipment safely.
  • Reports safety issues promptly to management.
  • Manages trash, tires, and participates in shop recycling.
  • Adheres to safe driving and speed policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
