Body Shop Technician

Sears Body Shop is a premier collision repair facility specializing in high-end vehicles with a legacy spanning several decades. Our collision center has earned a reputation for excellent craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals.

As an Body Shop Technician at Sears Imported Autos, Inc. you will perform a variety of tasks related to repairing and restoring damaged vehicles. You will be responsible for repairing body panels and working with various materials to bring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

  • Proven 5+ years’ experience as an automotive autobody technician, preferably in a high-end or specialized body shop.
  • Ability to repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
  • Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching and finish quality.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude within a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow established guidelines, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know, etc.
